Ingredients For bbq chicken power plate
- BBQ CHICKEN

2 cbbq sauce

1/4 corange juice

1 tspcumin

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspolive oil

1 lbboneless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- SLAW

2 cshredded red cabbage

1 ccarrots julienned

1/2 cgreen onions chopped

1 cmayo
-
1/2 cred wine vinegar
-
1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
2 Tbspeach sugar and heavy cream
- GRAIN

2 crice noodles brown rice or whatever grain you like
- TOPPING

1 cfresh corn cut off the cob
How To Make bbq chicken power plate

1For the BBQ Sauce mix the first five ingredients together. Stir in the chicken and place chicken and sauce in skillet. Cook until thickened and chicken is no longer pink. About 7 minutes

2For the slaw mix the mayo, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar and heavy cream together. mix in the red cabbage, carrots and green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3Cook your grains according to package directions. Cook the corn and cut off cob.

4To plate. Place the grains on a plate. Top with BBQ chicken, slaw and corn.
