I use this for onion rings, fish, zuccini, any frying vegetable.if coating chicken or pork, as for sweet and sour asian dish, don't try to coat whole pieces do bite size. fish is ok for fillet size.

Ingredients For batter for frying

  • 1 c
    and 2 tbs. flour
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    salad oil
  • 1 tsp
    each seasoning salt, pepper, mrs. dash

How To Make batter for frying

  • 1
    beat together with wisk or mixer until smooth
  • 2
    dip dry meat, dip individual vegetables
  • 3
    fry in cooking oil, in skillet, fry daddy or deep fryer until golden
  • 4
    drain, season and eat.
