Ingredients For barney's chicken wrap

  • 3 c
    diced cooked chicken
  • 1 c
    red pepper, diced
  • 1 c
    green pepper diced
  • 3/4 c
    red onion, diced
  • 1 c
    celery, diced
  • 3/4 c
    fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    broccoli florets
  • 2/3 c
    fat free mayonaise, or just until moistened
  • 2 Tbsp
    ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    bacon salt
  • fat free cream cheese
  • lowcarb, lowfat, high fiber multi grain tortillas

How To Make barney's chicken wrap

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except cream cheese or tortilla in medium size bowl.
  • 2
    Place tortilla on plate cover half of tortilla with cream cheese. Then add a little lettuce and some of chicken mixture.

    Roll tortilla, place small amout of cream cheese at end of tortilla and finish rolling, then tuck in ends.
