How To Make bangin' buffalo cheesy roll tide roll
-
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
-
2Place chicken in a bowl; season with salt and pepper and add 1/4 cup of wing sauce; stir to coat chicken.
-
3Follow directions package of dough for thawing. On a well-floured surface, spread pizza dough into a long rectangle shape (15 X 12). Spread softened cream cheese onto pizza dough. Don't spread all the way to edge, leave about 1 inch all the way around the edge. NOTE: I've include a bread machine pizza dough below that I really like. If you have a bread machine, this takes very little effort on your part.
-
4Combine the remaining 1/4 cup of wing sauce with ranch dressing; spread evenly over cream cheese.
-
5Place chicken pieces evenly over top and then sprinkle with cheese.
-
6Carefully roll dough, jellyroll fashion starting at the long end. Pinch and tuck the ends to prevent oozing while baking. NOTE: Sprinkle with a little coarse sea salt if desired.
-
7Spray baking sheet with light coat of non-stick cooking spray or use parchment. Transfer calzone to pan (seam side down) and place on middle rack; bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow five minutes for cooling before slicing.
-
8BREAD MACHINE PIZZA DOUGH: For a 1 1/2 lb loaf. Add all ingredients to brand pan in the order given. Set on "Dough Only" feature. Start machine. When dough cycle is complete, remove dough to a floured board (if using immediently) and roll out into desired shape. Or, place in a bowl greased with olive oil, turn dough to coat and cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to use.
