Ingredients For balsamic marinade

  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c
    balsamic, vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped herbs, such as rosemary, thyme, or marjoram (optional)

How To Make balsamic marinade

    Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl. Pour marinade over meat, chicken, or pork; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
