Ingredients For baked sweet and sour chicken

  • 1 lg
    oven bag
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 can
    (20oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper, cut in rings
  • 4
    boneless chicken breast halves
  • rice

How To Make baked sweet and sour chicken

  • 1
    heat oven to 350. shake the flour in the oven bag. place in 13x9 inch pan.
  • 2
    add sugar, vinegar and soy sauce to the bag. add pineapple and green bell pepper, add chicken. turn bag to coat chicken. arrange in single layer.

    close bag with nylon tie, cut 4 holes in top to release steam. bake for 35 minutes. serve over hot cooked rice.
