Ingredients For baked spanish rice with black beans

3/4 cwashed long grain rice

1 canchili ready diced tomatoes, undrained

1 cantomato soup

2stalks chopped celery

8green onions chopped, including the green

1 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

1 tspminced garlic

1 Tbspground cumin

2 tspsalt
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1 cwater
-
1/2 canblack bean, drained
How To Make baked spanish rice with black beans

1wash rice well to get starch off and let soak in clean water till ready to prepare dish.

2In a large casserole dish, spray with cooking spray. chop vegetables directly into dish. add rice and rest of ingredients . stir

3top with whatever meat you are addding, if any. or stir in if it is crawlfish, shrimp, cooked gnd beef.

4cover with foil and bake 1 hour. if meat was added, bake until meat is tender, approximately an additional 30 minutes.
