Ingredients For baked sesame chicken

1/4 cbutter, melted

1/2 cmilk

1 lgegg, lightly beaten

1/2 call-purpose flour

1/4 cground blanched almonds

1/4 cpaprika

3 Tbspsesame seeds

1 1/2 tspsalt

3/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspbaking powder
-
2 1/2 - 3 lbchicken pieces
How To Make baked sesame chicken

1Place the melted butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, and set aside.

2Combine the milk and egg in a shallow dish; stir well.

3Combine the flour and the next 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

4Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.

5Place the chicken, skin side up, in the prepared pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until the chicken is done.
