    whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts - split, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/2 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c
    dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley

    Preheat oven to 350F. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat

    Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides. Remove to a shallow baking dish and arrange in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil..
