Ingredients For baked chicken with "bread dressing" crust

8boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- BREADING

5 slicebread

2 tspdry sage
-
1/2 tsppoultry seasoning

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspgranulated garlic

1/2 tspgranulated onion

1celery rib
- RUB
-
4 ozgreek yogurt
-
1/4 tspea. sage, black pepper, garlic, onion
How To Make baked chicken with "bread dressing" crust

1Mix together yogurt and seasoning.

2In a food processor add bread and 2 tsp. dry sage, 1/2 tsp each of black pepper, poultry seasoning, granulated garlic and granulated onion. Process to make dry bread crumbs. Remove to bowl.

3Place on celery rib in process and mince. You may have to scrap the sides down and pulse several times. Add to bread crumbs and mix well.

4Rub chicken on both sides with yogurt mix. Dip in bread crumbs and coat both sides. Place on well greased baking sheet. Spray top of chicken generously with spray oil. Bake 375° for 35-40 min.
