Ingredients For baked chicken tenders

  • 1 1/2 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 c
    egg whites or egg substitute
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 4 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make baked chicken tenders

  • 1
    Cut each the chicken breasts into 2 inch strips. Dip each strip into the egg mixture.

    Combine the crumbs with the seasonings and cheese in a plastic bag. Add the chicken strips a few at a time and shake to coat.

    Place the coasted chicken strips on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spray with cooking oil.

    Bake at 375' for 25 minutes. Enjoy !
