Ingredients For baked chicken salad

2 cchicken, cooked and chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise

1.5 ccelery, diced

1 slicelemon, peeled
-
1/2 calmonds, blanched
-
1/2 smonion

4 cpotato chips, whole

1 ccheddar cheese, cubed
How To Make baked chicken salad

1Heat oven to 375.

2Grease a 2-quart casserole.

3Put chicken and celery into casserole.

4Blender - chop nuts and add to chicken.

5Put 2 cups of potato chips into blender container, cover and process 4 cycles at (stir).

6Empty onto wax paper and set aside.

7Repeat with remaining chips.

8Put remaining ingredients into container, cover and process at (blend) until smooth.

9Add to chicken and mix well.

10Sprinkle potato chip crumbs over top and bake for 30 minutes.

11NOTE: A cycle is defined as a 1 second pulse operation with a pause for food to settle before repeating.
