4 lgchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 lgeggs

2 cpanko breadcrumbs

1 cgrated parmesan

2 tspdried oregano
-
salt and pepper

2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

24 ozjar marinara sauce
-
2 clovegarlic minced

1/4 cminced fresh basil
How To Make baked chicken parmesan

1Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs together and place in shallow dish. Mix the Panko, and oregano with the parmesan cheese and place in a second shallow dish.

2Spray a foil lined baking sheet with cooking spray. Dredge the chicken breasts in egg then roll in panko mixture. Transfer to baking sheet and place in refrigerator 30 minutes.

3Preheat oven 450 degrees. Bake the chicken breast about 20 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and continue to bake until internal temp is 160 degrees.

4Meanwhile mix the marinara in a saucepan with the garlic, and half the basil. Set aside and keep warm. Serve the marinara over the chicken top with remaining basil
