1 tspdijon mustard

2 cpanko bread crumbs

3boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips

1 tspmrs dash (chicken)
How To Make baked chicken fingers

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

2Whisk eggs, mustard, cumin, and salt in shallow bowl.

3Combine bread crumbs and Mrs Dash in separate bowl

4Dip chicken in egg mixture; shake off excess and dip in bread crumbs

5Place on cookie sheet and mist with cooking spray. Bake until golden brown about 20 minutes.
