This easy baked drumstick recipe is family (and budget!) friendly. It's easy to double or triple, if needed. The recipe is forgiving, too. Use whatever spices you have.

8chicken drumsticks, skin-on

1 Tbspavocado oil (or olive oil)

1 Tbspbutter, melted

2 tsplawry's seasoned salt (or 1 teaspoon of salt and your favorite spices)

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspcayenne pepper (optional)
How To Make baked chicken drumsticks

1Preheat oven to 400°F, then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, the melted butter, oil and all of the spices; rub the chicken drumsticks until they're evenly coated with the butter/oil and seasonings.

3Bake 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F. (Check on the chicken about 30 minutes into cooking. If it seems like the outside of the chicken is getting too dark, tent with tin foil while it finishes cooking.)
