I always have part of a container of French's onion rings left after a holiday meal and decided to use it on chicken breasts. This recipe is about 2 WW points per serving, using the minimum amount of crushed onion rings.

2chicken breasts, boneless, skinless about 4-5 ounces each. you can take one large breast and carefully cut it into two thinner breast pieces.

1egg, beaten

1/2 - 3/4 ccrunchy onion rings, crushed

crushed red pepper or chili powder, optional

pan spray
How To Make baked chicken breast with crunchy onions

1Dip chicken breast (or breast pieces) into beaten egg. Then press each piece into a plate of crushed onions. Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or chili powder for a little extra zip!

2Spray oven-proof baking pan with pan spray. Bake chicken in 400ºF oven until no longer pink and juices run clear. About 20 minutes.
