My youngest son called this "chomp chomp chicken." The marinade of butter, mayonnaise, and mustard is so flavorful. It is tender and delicious, and the stuffing mix gives it a nice texture.

Ingredients For baked chicken

  • 3 - 4
    chicken breast filets
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 2 c
    stuffing mix, herb-seasoned

How To Make baked chicken

    Melt butter in microwave.

    Add mustard and mayonnaise to butter.

    Dip each chicken breast into butter mixture.

    Bread each chicken breast with stuffing mix.

    Place in shallow baking fish.
