This is one of my favorite recipes to make! It is so easy but very delicious! (Normally I use the chicken drumettes but for this photo I had used chicken wing "portions".) Nutritional Info Per Serving: 237 Calories, 11.7 gram total fat; 43 mg cholesterol; 14.8 grams protein; 19.2 grams carbohydrates; 0.5 grams fiber.

Ingredients For baked bbq chicken wings

1/4 clight soy sauce

1/4 choney

1 Tbspvinegar

1/4 tspginger, ground

1/4 ctabasco hot sauce

20chicken drumettes (healthier if skinless)
How To Make baked bbq chicken wings

1Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium size, flat dish or pan. Add chicken wings and REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. (Turning chicken wings in marinade every 2-3 hours or so helps enhance the flavor.)

2Place chicken wings on a well-greased baking sheet or 1/4" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, turning wings after 15 minutes.
