Depending on the thickness of your chicken breast, we suggest baking for 35 - 45 minutes.

1Rinse chicken. Lay bacon out 2 slices together. Top with a slice of cheese and then the pickled jalapeno pepper.

2Place chicken on top. Fold the bacon over and secure it with toothpicks.

3Place chicken, seam side down, in an oven-proof dish. Season with salt and pepper.

4Bake at 350 for about 30 min (or until chicken breast is cooked and juices run clear).
