One of my favorite recipes from childhood. My mom used to make it on Sunday's when days were more relaxing.

Ingredients For aunt jane's chicken & rice

1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cancream of celery soup
-
1 cancream of chicken soup

1 cuncooked rice
-
4chicken breasts
-
1/2 cmelted butter
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 pinchpaprika
-
salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make aunt jane's chicken & rice

1Mix soups. Add milk. Stir until blended.

2Pour 1/2 of soup "gravy" into greased 13x9x2 greased casserole dish. Place rice over soup mixture. Cover rice with remaining soup gravy. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour melted butter over top of casserole.

3Bake at 325 for two hours.
