Ingredients For asian style chicken wings

12chicken wings separated at joint

1 cmilk
-
salt and pepper
-
1 ccornstarch
- SAUCE

1/2 ceach sugar and rice vinegar

1/3 ceach water and honey
-
1/4 csweet soy sauce

1 Tbspsesame oil
-
2 Tbspgarlic chili sauce
-
4 clovegarlic minced
-
2 Tbspwhite sesame seeds and cilantro (optional)
How To Make asian style chicken wings

1Salt and pepper chicken wings then soak them in milk. Dredge them in cornstarch and deep fry for 5 minutes.

2Place all the ingredients for sauce except sesame seeds and cilantro together in sauce pan. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Take a little cornstarch mixed with water to make slurry and add to sauce ingredients to thicken to desired consistency. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro

3I didn't deep fry my chicken wings I just baked them and then served the sauce over them.
