1/4 cketchup

2 Tbsphoisin sauce

2 Tbsplite soy sauce

1 tspsesame oil
-
2-1/2 lbbone-in skinless chicken thighs

112 oz bag broccoli slaw

2 Tbsprice-wine vinegar
-
1/4 tspeach salt & pepper
How To Make asian-style chicken thighs w/ slaw.

1Heat oven to 400. Set chicken in shallow baking dish. In small saucepan, stir together ketchup, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook over med-high until bubbling. Remove 3 tbsp sauce and set aside. Baste chicken w/ sauce and place in oven. Cook 5- 10 min. Baste chicken again and cook another 20 min, basting often, until chicken juices run clear. Stir together in bowl, reserved sauce, broccoli slaw, rice-wine vineagr, salt & pepper. Serve slaw w/ chicken.
