1 Tbsplemongrass paste

2 Tbspgochujang or chili paste

1/3 cbrown sugar

1 tspgrated ginger

4 clovegarlic minced

3boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces

1/2 cgrated carrots

1 cfresh mushrooms chopped

4green onions chopped

juice of 1 lime

fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make asian style chicken noodle bowl

1Place the rice noodles in boiling water and let soak according to package directions.

2Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemongrass paste, gochujang, ginger , brown sugar, cornstarch and garlic together in a bowl and set aside.

3Add the oil to a wok or large skillet. Add the chicken and mushrooms. Stir fry until chicken is done. Add the carrots and green onions. Add the sauce mixture and bring to a boil and let thickened a bit. Stir in the noodles. Add the lime juice Top with the cilantro
