asian stuffed cabbage rolls
These are so good. If you can't find sweet soy sauce you can make it by adding two parts soy sauce to one part corn syrup. I like to drizzle more sweet soy sauce on top when I serve these.

1 lbgd. pork, gd. beef, gd. chicken or turkey your choice

1 ccarrots julieened

1 cbean sprouts

1 ccooked quinoa

1 cshiitake mushrooms diced

3green onions sliced
-
5 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspginger minced

4 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 tspsesame oil

2 tsprice vinegar
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar

2 Tbspoyster sauce
-
1 Tbspchili garlic sauce

8leaves separated from head of cabbage
- SAUCE

1 cwater
-
1 ctomato sauce
-
1/2 csweet soy sauce
-
3 Tbspfish sauce and sweet chili sauce

cilantro for garnish
How To Make asian stuffed cabbage rolls

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together for cabbage rolls except cabbage.

2Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Place about 1/2 cup of Asian meat mixture in each cabbage leaf. Roll up and place seam side down in baking pan.

3Mix the ingredients for sauce together and pour over top cabbage rolls. Top with foil and place in oven and bake 35 minutes.

4Remove from oven remove foil. With spatula take out each cabbage roll. Drizzle sauce over top and garnish with cilantro.
