Ingredients For asian orange & lemon chicken
- SAUCE

1 1/2 cwater

2 Tbsporange juice

1/4 clemon juice
-
1/4 crice vinegar
-
2 1/2 Tbsplite soy sauce
-
1 Tbspgrated orange zest
-
1 Tbspgrated lemon zest
-
1 cpacked brown sugar
-
1/2 tspfresh or ground ginger
-
1 tspminced or garlic powder
-
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
-
3 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 Tbspwater
- CHICKEN TENDERS

flour, salt &pepper & oil
How To Make asian orange & lemon chicken

1In a non-metal bowl, combine sauce ingredience EXCEPT cornstarch & 2 Tbsp water.

2Dust chicken pcs. with flour, salt & pepper. Lightly brown. Remove from pan. Add sauce and bring it to a medium boil.

3Mix cornstarch & 2 Tbsp.of water into a slurry.

4Mix slurry into boiling sauce & stir constantly to thicken. When thickened add chicken back in and lower heat. Cook until chicken is done stirring often. PS: chicken tenders cook quickly. This last step should only be about 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
