    chinese chile garlic sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • CHICKEN
  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • CILANTRO LIME PESTO
  • 1 c
    fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1
    lime juiced
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil

How To Make asian marinated chicken with cilantro lime pesto

    Place all the ingredients for marinade together and add the chicken. Let marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

    Remove the chicken from the marinade. Discard the marinade. Add the butter to a large skillet. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until no longer pink.

    In a food processor add the ingredients for the pesto. Process until well incorporated. Serve over the chicken
