Ingredients For asian drunken noodles

4 Tbspblack soy sauce

2 Tbspsweet soy sauce

2 Tbspoyster sauce

2 Tbspfish sauce

3 Tbspbrown sugar

1 mdonion small dice

4 clovegarlic minced

1/2 csake

3 Tbsppeanut oil

1/3 lbchicken beef or pork thinly sliced

2 lgeggs
-
16 ozrice noodles
-
1 cfresh thai basil or regular basil minced

1/2 tspwhite pepper
How To Make asian drunken noodles

1Combine black soy, sweet soy, oyster sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar in a bowl and set aside.

2Place rice noodles in a pot of hot water and let soak for 15 then drain

3Add peanut oil to pan. Saute the meat until you get a little color on them. Remove with slotted spoon. add onion and garlic and saute until translucent. Add the Sake and scrap up the bottom of pan. Add the meat back in. Make a well in the center and add the beaten eggs and scramble them into the mixture.

4When eggs and meat are almost cooked add the noodles and sauce . cook until thicken. Add the basil and white pepper
