Ingredients For asian drunken noodles

  • 4 Tbsp
    black soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 md
    onion small dice
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    sake
  • 3 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 1/3 lb
    chicken beef or pork thinly sliced
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 16 oz
    rice noodles
  • 1 c
    fresh thai basil or regular basil minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper

How To Make asian drunken noodles

    Combine black soy, sweet soy, oyster sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar in a bowl and set aside.

    Place rice noodles in a pot of hot water and let soak for 15 then drain
  • 3
    Add peanut oil to pan. Saute the meat until you get a little color on them. Remove with slotted spoon. add onion and garlic and saute until translucent. Add the Sake and scrap up the bottom of pan. Add the meat back in. Make a well in the center and add the beaten eggs and scramble them into the mixture.

    When eggs and meat are almost cooked add the noodles and sauce . cook until thicken. Add the basil and white pepper
