This is my go to salad when I'm trying to lose weight. It's got amazing flavor. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients For asian chicken salad

  • 4 oz
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, diced
  • 2 c
    romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    red onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    bacon bits
  • 1 Tbsp
    craisins
  • 1 oz
    cabot extra sharp vermont cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 Tbsp
    kraft lite asian toasted sesame dressing
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes

How To Make asian chicken salad

  • 1
    Cook your chicken using your favorite method. I grill mine. Chop into bite sized pieces. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss. Enjoy!
