Ingredients For argentine chicken

  • 3 lb
    chicken breasts, cut into large pieces
  • 1
    lime
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 3/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 can
    black olives
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 md
    green pepper, sliced (or cut into strips)
  • 1 md
    red pepper, sliced (or cut into strips)
  • 1 1/2 c
    orange juice

How To Make argentine chicken

    Assemble all ingredients.

    Chop onion, slice peppers. Squeeze fresh lime juice (approx. 1/3 cup).

    Marinate chicken pieces in juice from the lime for at least 30 minutes. Combine salt, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over chicken.

    Brown chicken on all sides in oil.

    Place chicken in casserole or baking pan, add olives, onion, green and red pepper, and orange juice. Cover, bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

    Serve with rice.
