Ingredients For argentine chicken

3 lbchicken breasts, cut into large pieces

1lime

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

3/4 tsppaprika

1 canblack olives
-
1/4 coil

1 lgonion, chopped
-
1 mdgreen pepper, sliced (or cut into strips)

1 mdred pepper, sliced (or cut into strips)

1 1/2 corange juice
How To Make argentine chicken

1Assemble all ingredients.

2Chop onion, slice peppers. Squeeze fresh lime juice (approx. 1/3 cup).

3Marinate chicken pieces in juice from the lime for at least 30 minutes. Combine salt, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over chicken.

4Brown chicken on all sides in oil.

5Place chicken in casserole or baking pan, add olives, onion, green and red pepper, and orange juice. Cover, bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

6Serve with rice.
