this recipe is very easy it turned out the first time i made it , its my very own recipe so enjoy. when i eat these they go well with my semi- home made baked beans

Ingredients For angeline's chicken nuggets

1-2 pkgskinless boneless chicken breast (thawed)

1-2 cbuttermilk biscuit mix
-
1 1/2 Tbspseasoned salt
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 Tbspblack pepper
-
1 tspsalt to tastes
-
smamount of vegetable oil in bottom fry pan

How To Make angeline's chicken nuggets

1Cut skinless, boneless, chicken breast into 1 inch cubes set aside

2prepare buttermilk biscuit mix with seasonings in a medium to large bowl

3put a few cubes of chicken in flour mixture making sure that they are completely covered

4place on plate and repeat step 3 til all chicken cubes are covered well

5in frying pan heat small amount of vegetale oil on medium to medium high on top of stove

6when oil is hot place chicken cubes in pan leaving room to turn chicken pieces (dont allow oil to boil over)

7when chicken pieces are golden brown turn pieces til all sides are golden brown, dont allow the chicken to stick to pan (adding vegetable oil as needed)

8place in bowl with cover so that when you finish the remaining pieces your nuggets stay warm
