Sometimes when you throw stuff together, you get something amazing!! Had to write down this one!!! Theres a few flavors going on that you wouldnt think would blend well together, but if you're adventurous, please try it!! Hope you like it!! GFDFSF

Ingredients For aloha chicken and brown rice

2large or medium chicken breasts, sliced

3 cbrown rice

3 Tbspcoconut oil
-
3 Tbspolive oil

1/2 ccashews, halved
-
1 small cancubed pineaple, or 1/2 cup cubed fresh pineapple

5 sprigaparagus
-
2 cspinach
-
1/2medium red bell pepper, chopped
-
1/2medium yellow bell pepper, chopped

1/2of a jalepeno, finely diced
-
1/3yellow onion, diced
-
3 clovegarlic, finely diced
-
3fresh mint leaves
-
1/4 cfresh cilantro, finely chopped

Drizzlesalt and pepper, to taste

Drizzlegarlic & herb seasoning, to taste

Drizzlecreole seasoning, to taste
How To Make aloha chicken and brown rice

1Cook the brown rice to package instruction. When done, mix in the coconut oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

2In a bowl, mix together chicken, 1 tbspn olive oil, creole seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.

3Heat a skillet to just under medium heat, add 1 tbspn olive oil, onion and garlic; cook till just cooked through, about 3 mins. Raise to medium heat and add chicken from bowl; cook till chicken is done. Tranfer to plate, set aside.

4Add last tbspn of olive oil and cook the veggies, mint, cilantro, and pineapple; about 5 mins. Add the brown rice and chicken to the veggies. Cook another 3-4 mins. Serve. :)
