Ingredients For air fryer - lemon fried chicken

4chicken thighs with skin & bone

4 slicelemon
- MARINADE:

1-1/2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 Tbsprice vinegar
-
juice from 1 lemon
-
zest from 1 lemon
-
1-1/2 Tbspdried oregano
-
1 tspsea salt
-
1 tspfresh ground black pepper

5 clovegarlic, minced
How To Make air fryer - lemon fried chicken

1Marinate: In a bowl add all ingredients except the chicken and lemon slices. Whisk together until thoroughly combined.

2Add the chicken thighs to the Marinate and marinate for at least 1 hour or longer.

3Heat the air fryer to 380F before adding the chicken thighs.

4Add chicken thighs to the air fryer skin side down. Fry at 380F for 18 to 20 minutes. Half-way through cooking, turn the chicken thighs over, skin side up, and add a slice of lemon to the top of each thigh.

5Check the internal temperature of the chicken at end of cooking, it should be at least165F.
