Ingredients For adobo chicken and pork

3 lbchicken thighs

1 lbpork, cut into bite size pieces

1head garlic, cruahed

1bay leaf
-
peppercorns, whole black

1 cwhite vinegar
-
1/2 csoy sauce
-
5 Tbspcooking oil (optional)

salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cwater
How To Make adobo chicken and pork

1Put chicken and pork in a cooking pan. Add garlic, vinegar, water, bay leaf, peppercorns, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

2Cover pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until most of liquid is gone. Add the cooking oil and mix together (optional).

3Serve with rice. Can be made with all chicken or all pork if desired.
