Ingredients For 4 cheese italian chicken bake

10chicken pieces parboiled

1 pkgcream cheese
-
2 casiago cheese, grated (i used asiago spread)

1 pkgitalian dressing mix (complete in caraf with water oil & vinegar)

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
2 Tbspparmesan cheese

2 Tbspparsley
How To Make 4 cheese italian chicken bake

1Parboil chicken pieces, you can use boneless skinless breast but all I had were legs and thighs to work with! Place in 9x13 pan & set aside

2Melt together asiago cheese, cream cheese and italian dressing in pot on med/low till smooth and creamy stirring regularly so not to burn.

3Pour cheese mixture over chicken. Sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese and bake in 350* oven until heated through and cheeses are melted and bubbly

4Garnish with parsley & serve over angel hair pasta or thin spaghetti.

5Note-I use my homemade italian dressing mix, I mix the caraf full for this recipe. You can find the recipe for my dressing in my recipes!
