15 minute chicken parmesan risotto
My stepmom made this when I was visiting, and shared the recipe. Of course, she noted additions, and I was not surprised to see wine as one of them!

Ingredients For 15 minute chicken parmesan risotto

1 Tbspoil

1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

1 lgtomato, chopped

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 2/3 cmilk

1/2 cparmesan

1/2 tspitalian seasoning

2 cminute rice
How To Make 15 minute chicken parmesan risotto

1Heat the oil and saute chicken until done and brown. Add soup, milk, cheese and seasoning. Stir and heat until boiling. Stir in rice and tomato and simmer on low heat 5 min, covered.

2Note: Barb also added garlic powder, marjoram and white wine.
