zee's cheesy ravioli casserole

I do not remember where I got this recipe but have made it several times over the years. Occasionally we use a different type of ravioli. It is good to have with salad. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do

Ingredients For zee's cheesy ravioli casserole

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil or vegetable oil (i prefer the olive oil)
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 3 lg
    clove of garlic, finely minced
  • 2 can
    hunts four cheese speghetti sauce
  • 2 can
    15oz tomato sauce
  • 3 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2 pkg
    25oz frozen beef filled ravioli or you can use homemade ravioli
  • 4 c
    sherdded mozerella, i like using the 5 cheese shredded italian kind
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley

How To Make zee's cheesy ravioli casserole

  • 1
    Heat Oil in skillet over med. heat. Cook onion and garlic in oil about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce , tomato sauce, And seasoning.

    Place 1 cup of the sauce mixture on bottom of slow cooker. Lay the ravioli on top of the sauce. Then apply 2 cups of cheese. Then repeat process. Pour the remaining sauce over it all.

    Cover and cook on low heat in crock pot. Approx. 7 hours.
