This tuna casserole was something I made up years ago. Times were tough and I needed something cheap and comforting for my family. It's definitely not diet food. Everyone who tries it likes it.

Ingredients For tuna casserole

16 oz boxpasta of your choice, I use fettuccini broken in thirds

1 stickbutter
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

16 ozVelveeta cheese, cubed

2 canevaporated milk
-
12 ozfrozen peas
-
1 or 2 cantuna in water, drained

1/2 bagcrushed potato chips
How To Make tuna casserole

1Boil pasta per package directions.

2Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add milk, soup, peas, and cheese. Cook on medium-low heat until the cheese melts. Add tuna.

3Combine sauce with pasta and pour into a large pan sprayed casserole dish. Top with potato chips.

4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
