I have been making this tuna casserole for many years and it is always a hit. It is chock full of vegetables and cheese.

Ingredients For tuna casserole

  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles, no-yolk variety cooked
  • 1 can
    cambells cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
  • 1 can
    campbells, cream of celery soup
  • 1 can
    campbells cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 lg
    onion, diced
  • 1 lg
    green pepper, diced
  • 2 lg
    cans tuna
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 4 oz
    pimentos

How To Make tuna casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute onions and peppers until just sweated.

    Prepare noodles and strain in colander. Return to pot and add all of the soups, pimentos, onions/peppers, and the peas. Mix in tuna.

    Spray 13 x 9 cooking pan with non-stick spray. Pour casserole mixture into pan. Top with cheese and panko crumbs. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
