  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    chicken broth or stock
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make topping for chili or tamale pie by eddie

    Mix corn flour ( masa ), baking powder and salt into a large bowl.

    Add in chicken broth/stock and butter. Whisk until smooth.then stir in the cheese.
