Ingredients For tex-mex chicken 'n' rice

3 to 4boneless chicken breast halves

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 csalsa, hot, medium or mild

1 cuncooked while rice

1 1/2 cwater
-
1 cancorn, drained
-
garlic powder to taste
-
salt and pepper, to taste

chile powder, to taste

shredded jack cheese, for topping
How To Make tex-mex chicken 'n' rice

1Pre heat oven to 350* Mix all ingredients except chicken in a 9X13 baking dish. Top with chicken pieces. Cover, bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Remove cover, top with shredded cheese. return to oven until cheese melts, aprox. 5 minutes.
