So easy and so good. Just a bit of applesauce makes the sauerkraut easy on the mouth and the stomach! Try it and I'm sure everyone will enjoy it.

Ingredients For sweet german sauerkraut and polish sausage

  • 2 jar
    german sauerkraut 24 oz. each
  • 1/2 c
    applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 pkg
    polish sausage (6 or more)
  • 1/2 stick
    butter

How To Make sweet german sauerkraut and polish sausage

  • 1
    Brown polish sausages in skillet. Slice to bite size.

    Pour sauerkraut and 1/2 cup of applesauce into large 9 by 12 glass dish. Mix well
  • 3
    Add polish sausages.
  • 4
    Add melted butter and mix all ingredients together.
  • 5
    Heat and serve.
