Ingredients For stroganoff

1 batchhome made noodles

1 lbbeef cut into 1 inch cubes

1 qtbeef broth best if homemade

1 lg cancream mushroom soup

1 sm contasour cream
-
salt and pepper to taste

1/2 stickbutter no substitutes (what god made is better for you than what man has made)
How To Make stroganoff

1Melt butter in dutch oven(big two handled pan) sear beef on all sides on Med high heat. When browned all around add 1-2 C water. Let boil dry. This is what flavors the noodles. Repeat 2 more times

2When meat is about falling apart add broth and water enough to cover noodles. Let come to boil. Add noodles turn down to Med. Cook stirring occasionally for 15 to 20 min until noodles are done. If your noodles don't have enough flavor you can add some bullion if you want.

3Drain most of water off about 3/4ths. Add soup sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through and enjoy.

4You can add what ever you like to this recipe. I have added mushrooms onions green beans what ever strikes me that day. You can also substitute different meat: venison, turkey, chicken.
