2 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

2 conion, chopped

4 clovegarlic, finely chopped

8skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped

48 ozsalsa

4 ozsliced olives

12corn tortillas, cut in halves

4 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded

2 cancream of mushroom soup

2 cancream of chicken soup
How To Make spicy chicken tortilla casserole

1Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2Saute bell pepper, onion, and garlic in oil in a large skillet for 2-3 minutes or until tender.

3Add chicken and cook until done.

4Stir in salsa, olives, and soups.

5Spread 1/2 of the tortillas in the prepared baking dish. Top with 1/2 soup mixture and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers with cheese on top of casserole.

6Cover and bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
