A mix of my favorite shellfish! And I love a good casserole. You will need sides with this. I usually do a nice green salad and baked potatoes. They can cook while prepping and cooking the casserole. I am always trying to save time in the kitchen!

3 cwater

3/4 lbmedium-sized shrimp, unpeeled

1 cfresh crabmeat, drained and flaked

1 ccooked lobster, chopped

1 cdiced celery

1 cmayonnaise

3/4 cchopped onion

3/4 cchopped green pepper

1/2 csour cream

2hard boiled eggs, chopped

1 TbspWorcestershire sauce

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspcracked pepper

1 csoft bread crumbs

2 Tbspbutter, melted

fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make seafood imperial

1Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes Drain well. Rinse with cold water. Peel and devein shrimp.

2Combine the shrimp and the next 11 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well. Spoon the mixture into a butter 2-quart casserole dish.

3Combine the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Stir well. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the seafood mixture.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
