Ingredients For scalloped potatoes and ham

1/2 cchopped onion

1/4 cbutter or margerine

1/4 cplain flour

2 1/2 cwater

5 lgpotatoes, about 5 cups

1 1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
-
1 1/2 cchopped, cooked ham
How To Make scalloped potatoes and ham

1Peel potatoes and slice very thin, thin as possible. Set aside.

2Cook onion in butter until tender but not brown.

3Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add water stirring until incorporated.Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat.

4Place half the potatoes in greased 2 1/2 quart covered casserole dish. Distribute half the ham over the potatoes. Cover with half the sauce. Repeat layers with other half of ingredients.

5Bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
