Ingredients For sausage casserole

2 lbpotatoes peeled and chopped

2 stickbutter

3/4 cmilk

1 Tbspolive oil

1 mdonion sliced

1 1/2 lbground pork sausage

1/4 ctomato sauce
-
1/4 cbbq sauce
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

1 Tbspflour
-
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make sausage casserole

1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until soft. Drain mash potatoes with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

2Preheat oven 400 degrees. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and cook 3 minutes. Add the sausage and cook until no longer pink.

3Mix tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, worcestershire sauce, soup mix, flour, and 3/4 cup water in a jug and shake until well combined. Stir into sausage mixture cook until thickened.

4Add sausage mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with cheese and then mashed potatoes
