Ingredients For sausage & beef casserole

1/2 lbhot ground sausage

1/2 lbground beef

3 clovegarlic

1 cancorn

1 jarolives (small jar)

1 ccubed velveeta

1/2 jarsalsa (mild, medium or hot-your preference)

2 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 pkgrice a roni-beef flavored

1 bagsuccess boil in bag rice

2 ccolby cheese-shredded
-
1 canro-tel tomatoes with chilis
How To Make sausage & beef casserole

1Brown sausage, ground beef and garlic. Make both pkgs of rice as directed. Add rice to drained sausage and ground beef. Add corn, salsa, olives and tomatoes. Pour both pkgs of taco seasoning in, and stir.. Add in cubed velveeta. Pour 1/2 of the mix into a deep casserole dish (I used a disposable aluminum one), layer 1/2 of the shredded cheese, followed by the rest of the mix. Bake for 25 mins @ 350°. After 25 mins, put the rest of the shredded cheese on it and put back in the oven until melted.
