Ingredients For reuben casserole

2 cdrained sauerkraut

1/4 tspcaraway seeds

1tomato, cut in thin slices

5 Tbsp1000 island dressing

3/4 lbthinly sliced corned beef or pastrami

4-5slices swiss cheese or 1/2 cup shredded

2slices deli rye bread processed into soft crumbs

2 Tbspmelted butter
-
2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
How To Make reuben casserole

1Put drained sauerkraut in a casserole dish. Sprinkle caraway seeds over the top.

2Layer tomatoes, salad dressing, and meat over sauerkraut in that order.

3Top with cheese. Toss bread crumbs in butter that has been melted and mixed with the parsley, and sprinkle on top of the casserole. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
