Ingredients For redneck potatoes and weiners

  • 1 box
    applewood bacon flavored au gratin potatoes
  • 2 1/3 c
    water
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    frozen peas
  • 8
    hot dogs sliced
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • sliced chives for garnish

How To Make redneck potatoes and weiners

  • 1
    Stir the potatoes , sauce mix, water and milk in a large skillet. Add the butter and peas and heat to boiling reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes.

    Stir in the hot dogs and cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Garnish with chives.
