polish sausage and sauerkraut casserole
Easy way to make sauerkraut and sausage. I make it this way when I need to transport it to a different location.

Ingredients For polish sausage and sauerkraut casserole

2 pkgBob Evans mashed potatoes

1 bagsauerkraut

1 Tbspcaraway seeds, optional

2 pkgpolska kielbasa
How To Make polish sausage and sauerkraut casserole

1Heat each container of potatoes in microwave for 3 minutes. Spread on bottom of 9x13 pan.

2Drain sauerkraut and spread on top of potatoes. Shake caraway seeds over the sauerkraut, if using.

3Slice polish sausage into 1/2 inch slices and brown in a skillet on medium high heat on the stove. Spread on top of the sauerkraut layer.

4Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes (until hot).
